This will replace notepad/ textpad usage not nist for kids but adults too

I think it’s a really useful use case, especially for people who take notes all the time. It reminded me a bit of Granola but I liked that you were trying to put your own spin on it and make it a little different.

Really strong project. I love how it tackles all those hours of phishing training that us corporate folks have to sit through lol. The demo was super insightful, and I think the recommendation feature is definitely what sets it apart from other similar apps.

That matters right now. Scam texts and emails are everywhere — fake delivery notices, “your account is locked,” urgent messages from a boss or a bank. They’re getting harder to spot because scammers are using AI to write them. Having a second opinion before you click a link is genuinely useful. The design helps too. No account, no clutter, no jargon — just a box, a dropdown, and a button. My grandmother could use this, which is exactly the point, since she’s the one getting targeted. It’s impressive work for a high schooler. Nice job.

I was really impressed that this person made an AI app that can detect scam messages. It surprised me how the app is able to figure out whether a message is a scam or not.

I love how Amalya’s app took modern use of email and text into an AI checker. I am very impressed about how she thought of this unique idea and expressed everyday use and AI combined to create this fantastic app.

I like the way Amalya formatted the app and it’s looks well put together.

I was really impressed by how easy the app is to use! All I had to do was enter the scam message type and enter in the message information, and the AI can help detect whether the message could be a scam! Most of the time scam messages can be really convincing, and with so many different scams being created daily this app is very helpful to solve this issue! As well with the apps straightforward design it is also easy to use for elderly people which are most of the time the most targeted and vulnerable to scams!

What is really liked was the designs and colors that were incorporated into this project.

I felt that the idea for the app was quite creative and practical and would be very functional for future uses.

I was impressed by ScamShield AI’s interface design and straightforward instructions. I also liked how the app addresses a problem that affects people across all backgrounds (students, working people, older people etc.).

I think the real world use case of the app is extremely impressive. In a world where scam emails can compromise the security of entire companies and defense, it's important to have a resource to turn to when employees are unsure. I think the app's UI is also simple and straightforward, but not so simple as to be bland and boring. It is also impressive through supporting different platforms, both email and text messages, catering to wider audiences that could be getting scammed.

This would be an awesome tool for kids !

This felt like a proper end to end app. You clearly put a lot of effort into making it user friendly, and the demo was really helpful to see. The technical work was also very thorough from step 1 all the way through step 8.

Really strong project overall. You showed a good understanding of how to use Ollama and Gemma, and the use case was pretty solid too.
