These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern enrollment in and participation in programs, classes, tutoring, workshops, bootcamps, competitions, project showcases, and other educational services offered by Azielon (“Azielon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling a student, submitting an enrollment form, making payment, or allowing a student to participate in an Azielon program, the parent or legal guardian (“Parent/Guardian”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Students under the age of 18 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian.
By enrolling a minor, the Parent/Guardian confirms that:
Students are also expected to follow the conduct, technology, safety, and responsible-use expectations described in these Terms.
Azielon provides educational programs that may include:
Specific curriculum, prerequisites, grade ranges, schedules, instructors, tuition, and program deliverables are provided on Azielon.com, enrollment forms, or other official Azielon program materials.
Unless otherwise stated, Azielon academic programs may include:
24 weeks of instruction, followed by 6 bonus weeks (for project-based tracks, at no extra cost) covering designated periods for:
Together, the 24 weeks of instruction and 6 bonus weeks total 30 weeks for project-based tracks. Program schedules and scheduled breaks are published separately.

Enrollment is subject to class availability.
Students are enrolled in the specific program, day, and time selected during registration.
Submitting an enrollment form does not necessarily guarantee placement until enrollment is confirmed by Azielon.
Azielon may establish minimum or maximum enrollment levels for classes.
If a requested class becomes unavailable, Azielon may offer:
Some advanced Azielon programs require completion of earlier levels or equivalent experience.
Azielon may review a student’s:
to determine appropriate placement.
Azielon may recommend a different course level if we believe it will provide a better learning experience for the student.
Tuition is based on the program selected during enrollment.
The current tuition amount will be displayed before enrollment or included in the enrollment form.
Unless otherwise stated, tuition is calculated for the entire program, not individual attendance.
For example, a 24-week program consists of 24 scheduled instructional sessions even if the tuition is described using an hourly or per-class rate.
The total program tuition shown during enrollment is the amount due for the selected course.
Payment instructions will be provided after enrollment.
Azielon may accept payment through approved methods such as:
Parents/Guardians should include the student’s name when requested so payments can be correctly applied.
Enrollment may not be considered confirmed until required payment has been received.
Azielon program enrollment is for the specific program term selected by the Parent/Guardian.
Enrollment does not automatically renew.
Enrollment in a future program or level requires a new registration unless Azielon and the Parent/Guardian expressly agree otherwise.
Azielon wants families to have an opportunity to determine whether a program is the right fit.
Unless a different refund policy is clearly stated for a particular program:
A Parent/Guardian may withdraw the student before the student’s second scheduled class begins and request a refund of tuition paid.
Once the student’s second scheduled class begins, tuition becomes non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where Azielon determines that exceptional circumstances warrant a refund or credit.
A student’s:
does not automatically create a right to a tuition refund after the refund period has ended.
Any approved refund will generally be returned through the original or another mutually agreed payment method.
If Azielon cancels an entire program before it begins, families will receive either:
If Azielon permanently discontinues a program after it has begun and does not provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduled program, Azielon may provide an appropriate prorated refund or credit for undelivered instructional sessions.
Students are encouraged to attend every scheduled class.
If a student misses a class for personal reasons, Azielon is not required to:
When practical, Azielon may provide class materials, assignments, notes, or other resources to help the student catch up.
Any makeup assistance offered by Azielon is a courtesy unless otherwise specifically included in the program.
If Azielon cancels a scheduled class, we will make reasonable efforts to:
Students will not lose a paid instructional session solely because Azielon cancelled the class.
Azielon may occasionally need to modify:
Azielon will make reasonable efforts to notify families of material changes.
Minor curriculum adjustments may be made without notice when instructors determine that they improve learning outcomes or are needed because of changes in technology.
Because many Azielon programs involve programming and AI development, students may need access to:
Unless otherwise stated, families are responsible for providing appropriate hardware and internet access.
Azielon courses may use third-party technology platforms such as:
These services are operated by independent companies and may have their own:
Parents/Guardians are responsible for reviewing third-party requirements when their consent is required.
Azielon does not control the availability, functionality, pricing, or policies of third-party services.
Students may interact with artificial intelligence systems during Azielon programs.
AI-generated information may sometimes be:
Students are taught to evaluate and verify AI-generated information rather than automatically accepting it as correct.
Azielon does not guarantee the accuracy of outputs produced by third-party AI systems.
Students must use AI technologies responsibly.
Students may not knowingly use Azielon instruction, accounts, systems, or projects to:
Azielon may restrict a student’s access to particular tools if necessary for safety or responsible use.
Students should not place confidential or sensitive personal information into AI prompts, public repositories, applications, or third-party services unless specifically authorized.

Some Azielon programs may serve students under age 13.
Where required, Azielon will seek appropriate Parent/Guardian authorization before collecting or using a child’s personal information through Azielon-operated online services.
Parents should complete registration and account-related information for younger students whenever requested.
Students should not create accounts on third-party platforms unless they satisfy that platform’s age requirements or the appropriate Parent/Guardian consent process has been completed.
Azielon is committed to maintaining a respectful and productive learning environment.
Students are expected to:
Bullying, harassment, threats, deliberate disruption, or serious misuse of technology may result in disciplinary action.
Azielon encourages students to use AI as a tool for learning and building — not as a substitute for understanding.
Students should be able to explain work they submit or present.
Students may not knowingly:
Students should appropriately acknowledge outside code, datasets, models, sources, libraries, and collaborators when required.
Students generally retain ownership of original code, writing, designs, research, and project materials they independently create during Azielon programs.
However, student projects may incorporate:
Those components remain subject to their applicable licenses and ownership rights.
Azielon retains ownership of its original:
Participation in an Azielon course does not transfer ownership of Azielon’s curriculum or proprietary instructional materials to the student.
Some students may create GitHub repositories, websites, deployed applications, research pages, or other portfolio materials.
Students and Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring that publicly shared projects do not contain:
Students should use environment variables or appropriate secret-management tools for sensitive credentials when instructed.
Azielon may teach students how to deploy applications to the internet.
A deployed student application may become accessible to members of the public.
Students are responsible for following instructor guidance regarding:
Azielon may require a student to disable or modify a deployed project if it presents a reasonable security, privacy, legal, or safety concern.
Azielon may organize:
Participation may be part of a student’s course experience.
Where an event is open to invited guests or the public, Azielon will provide appropriate event information to participating families.
Permission to publicly use a student’s:
will be addressed through a separate Parent/Guardian Media and Project Showcase Consent process where appropriate.
Agreeing to these Terms alone does not automatically constitute blanket permission for Azielon to use a student’s image for public marketing.
Online classes or presentations may occasionally be recorded for legitimate educational, administrative, quality, or program purposes.
If routine class recording is used in a particular program, Azielon will provide notice to participating families.
Students and families may not independently record, redistribute, publish, or post Azielon classes or other students without permission.
Students may receive certificates, awards, rankings, badges, or other recognition based on program participation or achievement.
Requirements may include:
Enrollment alone does not guarantee a particular award or level of recognition.
Azielon may help prepare students for competitions, research opportunities, hackathons, internships, or other external programs.
Third-party organizations control their own:
Azielon cannot guarantee acceptance, placement, ranking, awards, scholarships, admission, internships, or other external outcomes.
Azielon is committed to providing high-quality educational experiences, but learning outcomes vary among students.
Azielon does not guarantee:
Student achievement depends on many factors, including attendance, preparation, practice, effort, prior knowledge, and completion of assignments.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for:
By enrolling, the Parent/Guardian agrees that Azielon may contact them regarding:
Marketing communications may be subject to separate consent or opt-out options where appropriate.
Azielon programs are educational enrichment services.
Unless specifically advertised otherwise, Azielon programs are not childcare or custodial supervision services.
For online programs, the student participates from a location controlled by the Parent/Guardian, and the Parent/Guardian remains responsible for the student’s physical environment and appropriate supervision.
Azielon may use different qualified instructors, teaching assistants, mentors, or guest speakers.
Azielon may also update curriculum because technologies, AI models, software tools, cloud platforms, APIs, and industry practices change rapidly.
A specific tool or technology referenced in promotional materials is not guaranteed to remain available throughout a program if it becomes unavailable, discontinued, unsafe, cost-prohibitive, or unsuitable.
Azielon may substitute a comparable technology or learning activity.
Azielon may suspend or remove a student from a program for serious or repeated violations involving:
Whenever reasonably practical, Azielon will communicate concerns with the Parent/Guardian before removal.
Refund eligibility following disciplinary removal will be determined under the applicable refund policy and applicable law.
Online education depends on internet connections and third-party technology.
Azielon is not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:
Azielon will make reasonable efforts to continue or reschedule instruction when a significant disruption affects an Azielon-provided class.
Student projects are educational projects.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, student-created applications are not reviewed or certified by Azielon for commercial, medical, legal, financial, cybersecurity, or other professional use.
Students and families should not represent educational projects as professionally certified products merely because they were created during an Azielon program.
Azielon websites, classes, or instructional materials may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Azielon is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites.
Azielon will not be considered in breach of these Terms for delays or disruptions caused by events reasonably beyond Azielon’s control, including severe weather, natural disasters, widespread internet or infrastructure failures, government actions, emergencies, or similar circumstances.
Azielon will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or otherwise address affected instruction.
Azielon may update these Terms periodically.
The version applicable to an enrollment will generally be the version in effect when the enrollment is completed, except where a change is:
Material changes affecting an active enrollment will be communicated when appropriate.
These Terms and Azielon enrollment agreements are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and in a court or forum having proper jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the applicable:
constitute the agreement governing the student’s participation in the applicable Azielon program.
If a program-specific written policy conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific policy will govern for that program to the extent permitted by law.

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the student being enrolled. I have read and agree to the Azielon Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, and I authorize the student’s participation in the selected Azielon program.
A separate selection should be provided for any optional Media & Project Showcase Consent.
