This Privacy Policy describes how Azielon handles personal information collected in connection with our educational programs, website, and enrollment process.
Depending on the program, Azielon may collect information such as a student's name, age or grade, school, class enrollment, attendance, assignments, project submissions, code, AI prompts used for educational activities, assessment information, instructor feedback, GitHub username or project link, and Parent/Guardian contact information (name, email, phone).
Azielon uses this information to provide instruction, communicate about a student's program, maintain attendance, evaluate assignments, provide feedback, support projects, administer presentations, issue certificates, maintain program safety, and provide related educational services.
Limited information may be processed by third-party service providers where necessary to deliver Azielon's educational services (for example, Zoom, GitHub, cloud-hosting, or AI-tool providers). Azielon does not sell personal information and does not intend to use personal information for behavioral advertising.
For students under age 13, Azielon follows the consent process described on the Parent Consent page before collecting personal information directly from a child online.
Azielon does not publicly use a student's identifiable photo, video, voice, or full name unless separate permission has been granted through the Media & Project Showcase Consent process.
You may contact Azielon to ask what personal information has been collected, review it, request correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for future collection.
