This Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Azielon educational programs unless a different policy is clearly stated for a specific program.
By enrolling a student and completing payment, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
Azielon programs for the 2026–2027 academic year run from September 7, 2026 through May 14, 2027.
The program includes:
Together, the 24 instructional sessions and 6 bonus weeks total 30 weeks, culminating in the Final Award Ceremony. The 24 instructional sessions are scheduled according to the Azielon academic calendar.

Full program payment is required to reserve a student’s place in the selected course.
A submitted enrollment form alone does not guarantee a class seat.
Enrollment is considered confirmed after:
Class placement is subject to availability.
For online programs, the applicable Zoom or class access information will be provided after payment has been received and enrollment has been confirmed.
Class access links are intended only for the enrolled student and should not be shared with individuals who are not registered for the program.
Azielon provides families an opportunity to attend the student’s first class before making a final commitment to continue.
A student may attend the first scheduled class and still remain eligible for a full tuition refund.
If the Parent/Guardian decides not to continue, the withdrawal request must be submitted before the student attends the second scheduled class.
If the student withdraws after attending only the first class and before attending the second class:
100% of the program tuition paid will be refunded.
Once the student has attended the second scheduled class, tuition becomes non-refundable.
No refund will be issued after attendance at the second class, regardless of:
Enrollment reserves a place in the program for the full program term, rather than purchasing individual classes on an attendance-by-attendance basis.
Tuition will not be refunded or prorated for classes missed by the student.
Where practical, Azielon may provide:
Availability of a makeup opportunity is not guaranteed unless it is expressly included in the applicable program.
If Azielon cancels an instructional session, Azielon will make reasonable efforts to:
Students will not lose a paid instructional session because Azielon cancelled the class.
If Azielon cancels an entire program before it begins, the Parent/Guardian may choose:
If Azielon permanently discontinues a program after instruction has begun and does not provide a reasonable replacement, Azielon will determine an appropriate refund or credit for instructional services that were not provided.
Azielon may make reasonable changes to:
when necessary.
Reasonable schedule, instructor, curriculum, or technology changes do not by themselves qualify an enrollment for a refund.
If Azielon makes a substantial change that prevents the student from reasonably participating and no suitable alternative can be provided, Azielon may offer a transfer, credit, or refund as appropriate.
Online classes depend on internet connectivity and third-party services such as Zoom, coding environments, AI providers, GitHub, and cloud platforms.
Temporary interruptions caused by third-party outages or circumstances outside Azielon’s reasonable control do not automatically qualify for a refund.
If a significant interruption prevents Azielon from delivering a scheduled instructional session, Azielon will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or replace that session.
Azielon families may participate in the Azielon Referral Program.
When a current Azielon family refers a new student, and the referred student attends their second scheduled class (the point at which tuition becomes non-refundable), the referring family earns a tuition credit based on the table below, and the newly referred family receives $25 off enrollment.

Beyond the 10th referral, each additional qualified referral earns $100, unless a different rate is published for a specific campaign or season.
This reward structure is offered through September 6, 2026 (through 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time, i.e., ending September 7, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST), unless extended or otherwise modified by Azielon.
There is no limit on the number of eligible referrals a family may make.
The referral must be identified through the enrollment process so Azielon can properly associate the referral with both families.
Referral credits are issued once the referred student has attended their second scheduled class, confirming the referral is final.
A family may not refer itself, or use its own referral code to enroll another student within the same household, in order to generate a referral credit.
Reciprocal or circular referral arrangements do not qualify for credit. For example, if Family A refers Family B, Family B may not subsequently refer Family A (or another student connected to Family A) back in order to generate an additional referral credit for either family. Each referral must be an independent, good-faith introduction rather than part of a back-and-forth or coordinated arrangement between the same two families.
Azielon may decline, withhold, or reverse referral credits connected to reciprocal referral loops, duplicate accounts, fraudulent enrollments, or other arrangements designed to generate credits without a genuine, independent referral.
