Student Media, Project, Presentation & Publicity Authorization
Azielon is proud to celebrate student learning and achievement.
Students may create projects, applications, research, presentations, demonstrations, portfolios, and other work through Azielon programs. With appropriate permission, Azielon may showcase student accomplishments through Azielon events and communications.
Public media and promotional permission is separate from enrollment. A student may participate in an Azielon course even if the Parent/Guardian does not grant public media permission, except where a public presentation is an expressly disclosed component of a particular event or competition.

Azielon may publicly display or describe my student’s project without identifying the student by name, photograph, video, voice, or other personal information.

This permission does not authorize use of the student’s photograph, video, or voice unless permission is also granted below.
Azielon may identify my student by first and last name in connection with:

Azielon may use video and/or audio containing my student’s image or voice in connection with Azielon educational activities and student accomplishments.

For the permissions selected above, I authorize Azielon to use approved materials through channels such as:
Azielon will not sell my student’s photograph, video, voice, or project as a standalone product.
Parents who do not want public use may select:
I do not authorize Azielon to publicly use my student’s name, identifiable photograph, video, voice, testimonial, or other personally identifiable media for promotional purposes.
I understand that Azielon may still use the student’s information internally as reasonably necessary to provide instruction, evaluate work, administer the program, and maintain appropriate student records, in accordance with the Azielon Privacy Policy.
I understand that certain Azielon programs may include student presentations, Demo Days, AI Expos, competitions, or project defenses as part of the educational experience.
Azielon will provide families with information when an event is intended to include guests or public participation.
Permission to participate in an educational presentation does not automatically authorize Azielon to reuse recordings or images from that presentation in future advertising unless appropriate media permission has been granted above.
I understand that granting showcase permission does not transfer ownership of my student’s original project to Azielon.
The student retains ownership of their original work, subject to any third-party:
By granting project showcase permission, I provide Azielon a non-exclusive permission to display, reproduce, and share the approved project materials for the purposes selected in this consent.
I understand that neither the student nor Parent/Guardian will ordinarily receive payment for Azielon’s authorized use of approved media or project materials.
Student achievements, awards, competition prizes, referral credits, or other benefits offered separately by Azielon are not affected by this provision.
Unless withdrawn, this consent remains effective for materials created during the student’s participation in Azielon.
A Parent/Guardian may request that Azielon stop making future uses of identifiable student media by contacting Azielon.
Azielon will make reasonable efforts to remove materials from Azielon-controlled digital channels after receiving a valid withdrawal request.
