Azielon Ambassadors is a community leadership and referral program that recognizes participants who introduce new students and families to eligible Azielon programs.
Participation is voluntary and does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, or authority to bind Azielon.
Azielon may accept current students, alumni, parents, college students, educators, community members, or other supporters as Ambassadors.
Applicants under 18 must have approval from a parent or legal guardian before activation.
Azielon may approve, decline, suspend, or end Ambassador participation at its discretion when program requirements are not met.
The student is recognized as the Azielon Ambassador and earns the title, certificate, recognition, leadership credit, and other non-cash program benefits.
For an Ambassador under 18, cash referral rewards are paid to the designated parent or legal guardian, not directly to the minor.
The parent or legal guardian must agree to serve as the designated payee and provide any information reasonably required for payment or tax reporting.
An Ambassador must complete the official application and any required orientation before receiving an active referral code or link.
Acceptance into the program is not automatic upon submission of an application.
Each Ambassador will be assigned a unique referral code, link, or other tracking identifier.
A referral is considered qualified only when a new student uses the Ambassador's valid referral code or is otherwise properly attributed to that Ambassador, enrolls in an eligible paid Azielon program, completes the required payment, and remains actively enrolled for at least 30 days.
A student who was already enrolled, already actively engaged in the Azielon enrollment process, or previously attributed to another Ambassador may be ineligible as a new referral.
Referrals connected to refunds, chargebacks, duplicate registrations, fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or other manipulation do not qualify.
Reciprocal or circular referral arrangements do not qualify for reward. For example, if Ambassador A refers a student connected to Ambassador B, Ambassador B may not subsequently refer a student connected to Ambassador A (or refer Ambassador A directly) in order to generate an additional reward for either Ambassador. Genuine family and sibling referrals remain permitted, but each referral must be an independent, good-faith introduction rather than part of a back-and-forth or coordinated arrangement between the same two Ambassadors or families.
The standard reward is $50 for each qualified referral unless a different reward is published for a specific campaign or season.
The referred student also receives $25 off enrollment for each qualified referral.
Upon an Ambassador's 10th qualified referral, Azielon issues an additional $250 milestone bonus. Under the standard reward structure, this brings the Ambassador's cumulative reward to $750 across 10 qualified referrals, with an additional $250 in combined savings to the referred students — $1,000 in total program rewards.
Rewards are not earned merely because a person submits an inquiry or registration form; all qualification requirements must be met.
This reward structure is offered through September 6, 2026 (through 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time, i.e., ending September 7, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST), unless extended or otherwise modified by Azielon.
Azielon may publish program-specific caps, seasonal bonuses, or special promotions in writing.

Rewards become eligible only after the referred student completes the qualification period and required payments have cleared.
Approved Ambassador rewards are processed monthly. Rewards that become qualified during a calendar month are generally paid by the 15th of the following month, subject to payment clearance and program terms.
For minors, payment is issued to the designated parent or legal guardian.
Payees are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information when requested. Applicable tax reporting may be required.
A referral may be credited to only one Ambassador. The valid Ambassador referral code recorded during the student's initial qualifying registration determines referral credit. Referral attribution generally cannot be changed after enrollment. Azielon's official enrollment records control in the event of a dispute.
If a student or family is referred by more than one Ambassador, only the first-in-time qualifying entry is credited. Any subsequent claims for the same referred student are treated as duplicates and do not qualify for a separate reward.
Ambassadors must represent Azielon honestly, respectfully, and accurately.
Ambassadors may use only current, approved program descriptions, prices, claims, graphics, flyers, links, and promotional materials when Azielon provides them.
Ambassadors must comply with school, employer, community-group, social-media, and other applicable promotion rules.
Ambassadors must clearly disclose that they participate in the Azielon Ambassadors Program when making promotional or referral communications.
Ambassadors may not guarantee admission, grades, college outcomes, internships, employment, awards, scholarships, financial returns, or other results.
Ambassadors may not collect tuition payments, passwords, financial account information, or other sensitive information on behalf of Azielon.
Ambassadors may not create unauthorized discounts, impersonate Azielon staff, send misleading spam, purchase or fabricate referrals, create duplicate accounts, or pressure families to enroll.
Ambassadors may not participate in reciprocal or circular referral arrangements — coordinating with another Ambassador or family to refer each other's students back and forth in order to generate rewards without an independent, good-faith referral.
Ambassadors may not modify Azielon trademarks, logos, or branded materials in a way that creates confusion or misrepresents the program.
Ambassadors should refer prospective families to official Azielon channels rather than collecting unnecessary personal information themselves.
Any information learned through Ambassador activities must be handled respectfully and should not be shared without permission.
Eligible Ambassadors may receive the official Azielon Ambassador title, a digital badge, a digital certificate, recognition on Azielon channels, Ambassador-only updates and opportunities, eligibility for Senior Ambassador or Lead Ambassador status, potential spotlight features, merchandise, event access, or other benefits announced by Azielon, in addition to referral rewards.
Recommendations, leadership appointments, level advancement, or special recognition are based on actual contribution and conduct and are not automatically guaranteed by a referral count alone.
If the referred student withdraws before completing the 30-day qualification period, the referral does not qualify. Once qualified and approved, a later withdrawal generally does not cancel an earned reward except in cases such as refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or program abuse.
Azielon will not intentionally claw back a properly earned and finally settled reward unless fraud, material misrepresentation, or an administrative payment error is discovered.
Azielon may suspend or remove an Ambassador for fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, privacy violations, repeated inaccurate claims, misuse of branding, violation of school/community rules, or other serious misconduct.
Upon termination, the Ambassador must stop representing themselves as an active Azielon Ambassador and stop using active referral materials or codes.
Azielon may revise Ambassador rewards, eligibility criteria, qualification periods, benefits, or other program terms for future referrals or future program periods.
Material changes should be communicated before they apply to new referral activity whenever reasonably practicable.

Activation of an Ambassador account or referral code may require the Ambassador and, when applicable, the parent/legal guardian to accept the then-current Terms & Conditions.
