What Is the Azielon Ambassadors Program?

Azielon Ambassadors is a leadership and community-outreach program. Ambassadors introduce students and families to eligible Azielon programs, share approved information, and help grow the Azielon community.

The program is designed to recognize initiative, communication, leadership, and community connection — not simply referral volume.

What Does My Student Receive?

• The official Azielon Ambassador title while actively participating
• A digital badge and digital certificate
• Recognition on Azielon channels
• Ambassador-only updates and opportunities
• Eligibility for Senior Ambassador or Lead Ambassador status
• Potential spotlight features
• Potential eligibility for special recognition or recommendations based on actual contribution and conduct
• Referral rewards (see below)

How Do Cash Rewards Work for a Minor?

The student earns the Ambassador recognition and referral achievement. The parent or legal guardian is the designated payee for cash rewards.

Under the standard structure, Azielon pays $50 for each qualified referral, plus a $250 bonus at the 10th qualified referral. Ten qualified referrals bring the Ambassador's total to $750.

This reward offer ends September 7, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST (effectively the end of day September 6, 2026, Pacific Time).

Rewards are paid only after the referred student satisfies all qualification requirements and the payment is approved.

What Is a Qualified Referral?

• A new student must be properly attributed to the Ambassador, generally through the Ambassador's referral code or link.
• The referred student must enroll in an eligible paid Azielon program.
• Required payment must be completed and cleared.
• The referred student must remain actively enrolled for at least 30 days.
• Refunded, withdrawn, duplicate, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible registrations do not count.

What Will I Need to Approve?

• Your student's participation in the Azielon Ambassadors Program
• Your role as the designated recipient of any approved cash referral rewards
• The current Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
• Any payment or tax-information requirements that apply when rewards are paid

What Is My Student Allowed to Do?

• Share approved Azielon information with friends, classmates, families, school clubs, community groups, and other appropriate networks
• Share approved flyers, links, social posts, QR codes, and other outreach materials
• Talk about their own authentic Azielon experience
• Introduce interested families to official Azielon contacts or enrollment channels

What Is My Student Not Allowed to Do?

• Collect tuition, credit-card information, passwords, account numbers, or other sensitive financial information
• Guarantee admission, college acceptance, grades, jobs, internships, scholarships, awards, or other outcomes
• Create unauthorized discounts or make up program pricing
• Spam, pressure, harass, or mislead prospective families
• Ignore school or community rules regarding solicitation or promotion
• Represent themselves as an Azielon employee or make commitments on Azielon's behalf

How Are Referrals Tracked?

Each Ambassador may receive a unique referral code or link. Prospective students should use that code or link during registration whenever possible. Only one Ambassador can receive credit for a single referred student. Azielon's official enrollment records determine final referral attribution.

When Are Rewards Paid?

Rewards become eligible only after the referred student completes the required 30-day active-enrollment period and required payments have cleared. Approved Ambassador rewards are processed monthly. Rewards that become qualified during a calendar month are generally paid by the 15th of the following month, subject to payment clearance and program terms. For minor Ambassadors, payment is made to the designated parent or legal guardian.

What If a Referred Student Withdraws?

If the student withdraws before completing the 30-day qualification period, the referral does not qualify. Once qualified and approved, a later withdrawal generally does not cancel an earned reward except in cases such as refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or program abuse.

Does My Student Have to "Sell" Azielon?

No. The Ambassador's role is to introduce, share, and connect — not pressure families to enroll. We want Ambassadors to communicate honestly about Azielon and direct interested families to official channels for detailed program questions.

What About School Rules?

Ambassadors must follow the rules of their school, club, church, community organization, social platform, or other venue where they promote Azielon. Parent/guardian guidance is encouraged when a student is unsure whether a particular outreach activity is appropriate.

How Can Parents Support Their Ambassador?

• Help your student think about ethical, respectful ways to share Azielon
• Encourage them to focus on genuine connections rather than aggressive promotion
• Review public-facing posts when appropriate
• Help ensure they understand privacy, school rules, and accurate program information
• Contact Azielon directly if you have questions about rewards, program claims, or referral attribution

Parent / Guardian Acknowledgment

• I understand that my child is the Azielon Ambassador and receives the associated recognition and leadership benefits.
• I understand that I will be the designated payee for approved cash rewards earned through my child's qualified referrals.
• I understand that referral rewards are subject to the current Azielon Ambassadors Program Terms & Conditions.
• I understand that tax or payment information may be requested when required for payment processing or reporting.
• I understand that Azielon may suspend participation for fraud, misrepresentation, unsafe conduct, privacy violations, or other serious program-rule violations.
